Doug Gallaher

Wednesday night Bible study

Doug is the Wednesday night Bible study leader. He was born on January 21, 1955 and raised on a small farm near Beallsville, Ohio where he worked on his parents and grandparents farm. On October 21, 1972, he was baptized into Christ. He is an active member of the church.

He graduated from Beallsville High School and the Belmont Technical College with a Associate Degree in Land Stabilization and Reclamation. During August, 1975 to March, 1987, he worked in the surface mining industry as a Reclamation Inspector for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. Doug worked as a maintenance worker with the Division of Parks at Salt Fork State Park near Cambridge, Ohio and Barkcamp State Park near Belmont, Ohio. He has recently retired from Barkcamp State Park.

Doug married the former Pamela Mayberry on September 21, 2007. They reside at Mt. Oliver, Ohio which is located near Barnesville, Ohio.

A few of his favorite activities are watching OSU football, old sitcoms, the history channel, reading and studying the Bible and working around the house.
